No love, it would not be Blackface, Blackface was a particular type of make-up that caricatured black people worn by {mostly}* by white performers. It was considered derogatory.
Sometimes if a person who happens to be white dresses up and puts on make up (or takes polijuice) to look like a particular person, it is not blackface, but an impression of that person.
