My troubleshooting option doesn't show reset pc.. why?

I've reseted my pc 6 times before coming to this video, and my results after each Reset was Purposely a No Changes were Made error.

Thanks this tutorial was helpful, but my problem was originated by the issue that win11 need a microsoft account to start because when i created my local user has a different account folder :c

I’m having a problem with my Ethernet driver being on windows 11, my computer came from the factory as windows 10 as well as the drivers I assume because msi only offers a version for windows 10. intel doesn’t support the driver anymore so I wanted to return to windows 10 do I need to copy the c drive to an external hard drive or is it just files like downloads and documents thanks in advance.

I accidentally deleted my audio driver and I've tried everything to get it back. So I was wondering - if you factory reset your PC, will that restore all the original drivers that the computer came with? Or will the reset not affect the drivers? Tysm!

My c drive is doesn't get cleaned.All the previous data is still same

I had a virus that infected windows and my settings antivirus it was a big ole mess fr fr I couldn’t update my pc not download Xbox game pass games nor use Microsoft store to be able to figure out what the issue was
