I was diagnosed with intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer) in October 2018 after breaking my hip. The tumor was the size of a peach. I underwent surgery in December 4th in which they removed 60 percent of my liver along with my gallbladder and three lymph nodes. I then underwent six months of Chemotherapy in pill form in which I took the pills twice a day for two weeks, and then a week of rest, then repeated this for six months it was not still getting better till i came across my ex worker whose mother was a survivor too that told me about the special DR.HARVEY on how he cured his mother with his herbal Products so i collected his contact information thecn when i got home i contacted him and explained everything to him he told not to worry i should just send my reports which i did so he prepared the herbal remedy and told me to purchase it which i did and he delivered it to me and gave me Guidelines on how to make use of it i did this for 2/weeks before going back and carry out Another test today I'm free and totally cured all thanks to almighty God and DR.HARVEY God bless you sir.

ОтветитьI think this would rather be your stomach being bloated..
Ответитьdean r u sure its ur pancreas sticking out of ur body ??
Ответитьmy pancreas sticks out of my body a lot, is this normal? from dean thomson
ОтветитьYes, unless it is ca head of pancreas, I don't think the whole of pancreas till the tail comes out, all the more, only distal gastrectomy would be indicated and not sub-total as in this case, where the remnant pancreas would be dunked into. But then again, I suppose it differs with surgeon to surgeon.
ОтветитьHi MegaDowen. I happen to be an abdominal surgeon. If the biopsy was positive for cancer, then Whipple procedure is the standard choice. What thez also need to do, however, is full staging procedure, which includes CT of the abdomen and thorax, to exclude metastases, which might influence the treatment.
Ответить@MegaDowen I am not expert in these things, but i think 1 test is enough, because tumors don't "transform" into other types. But for this, you should ask a real doctor.
Ответить@Oscardana Because they wanted to troll the patient.
Ответить@Kandi0075 how are u making out now???
Ответитьi wasn't aware that the gb always comes out during this procedure. also, that seems like a pretty large/"healthy" margin of pancreas being taken out. i think that varies with the severity of the adenocarcinoma. i've never heard of the appendix being removed--i know during many abdominal procedures, it's considered an "incidental appendectomy" to do so... like, just doing it because you're there, but that raises an issue with whether or not they give/gave consent. thanks for the animation.
Ответить@polelandfitness Removing the appendix? We never remove the Appendix at a whipple operation O_O But yeah, they really forgot the gallbladder.
