ОтветитьJust started working on this one a few weeks ago (3xs a week). I can only make thru the first 15 min (with lots of mods to compensate for knee & shoulder issues), which is great because, initially, I could barely get through the first exercise! My goal is to eventually get through the whole thing without modifications. Thanks Heather!

ОтветитьThis is so good for when you are not feeling well and can’t do some hectic kind of HIIT. I sometimes struggle with my back and this one is great if you still want to try and move to get your daily exercise in but just can’t stress your body with high impact even when low Impact HIIT is too much.

I had intended to just do the first set due to a late start and an early appointment; however, finishing the second set took priority.
I was doing your 12 week work out till September 2020 and then life overwhelmed me and I stopped till 2 days ago. I’m back! I love your workouts!! Thank you!!!
