How do we lock the car when going for shopping? Is socar detect our phone or kind of bluetooth so that if we are far from the car, the car will locked automatically?

We recently rent a Altis to east coast but the car that we received was bad condition. No multimedia player cause rosak and the inside also very 👎 worse is the tyre so bloody noisy i suspect is retreat tyre and the back triangle widow got a gap on highway so noisy. Please Socar do your maintenance if you are really into Car rental business.
