ОтветитьThis recipe will become a staple for me. I used diced fresh pair, a few dried cranberries w 1 T warm water to help rehydrate, and a little finely chopped candied ginger. This was a great “fall” flavor but now I’m going to try other combinations!

ОтветитьThis is not a muffin.It's a cup cake.The only thing you did is to reduce the amount of liquid to make it a muffin consistency.

ОтветитьWay too much sugar. 1/2 cup sugar would be plenty for me for muffin. I like Muffins just slightly sweet. This is more like a really sweet cupcake.
