when i click servers nothing shows up

i feel like the first time i launched the unturned dedicated server, everything was going just fine
but after i changed the command, the few paragraph at the end started saying "warning" or "error" talking about the shaders or something, perhaps this is why the server not showing up on the LAN location? if so, what am i doing wrong exactly? any way to fix it?
