Wps office installing without admin rights in my system , please share is their any solution to get the pop-up of admin privilege box before to install the application .

just a warning this is causing me some very specific issues. I have a batch and a shortcut. I'm using a specific third party dll to detect some changes in the app im trying to execute. If i run my batch... everything is awesome.. if i run by shortcut the third party program wont detect the app anymore... eventhough the batch is the same

Sorry but that isn't running a batch file automatically. The UAC still pops up requiring another click to enable running the batch file. That wouldn't be a problem but I run my audio out through an external speaker and the ding the UAC makes as it appears is crazy annoying. I already got to the stage you show. I need to go to next level - NOT have UAC pop up, just run the batch file and that's that.
Thanks for your input but watching videos for this sort of stuff rubs against the grain. In desperation I clicked on your video but alas, I have to dig deeper to find the solution.

how do we put it in startup folder sir, already put in shell:startup folder, but cmd files not running when using the shortcut

(solved) use task scheduler to run the shortcut every startup but run the shortcut not the main files
select use high priority

This process still has a prompt, this does not answer the question how to run as administrator without a prompt.
