i got the pixel 6 standard version. in the first year i was really hyped about the phone and even recommended pixel phones to every person who needed another phone. but in the last 3 months. this phone is giving me a headache. when it comes to the dual sim function, it looses even to a fcking galaxy s3... when both cards are activated and i receive a call on sim 1, it just looses connection. sim 2 wont even build up connection if i try to call someone. but if only 1 card is hooked up, it works fine... but when it comes to the camera, nothing can beat it... i love this phone so much but i hate it at the same time. even tho i wanted to use it for at least 2 years. im looking forward to buy a 1+... does anyone else have the problems with the phone heating up? the fingerprint sensor is far from good and i have a lot of bugs...

Oneplus is better in anything. I used both of them and google pixel just not feel good when you used it, the color of the screen is not comfortable for the eyes, heavier, the center front camera is just off, the gesture OnePlus is winning entire google company believe me. About the camera if you are focusing on taking video or photo OnePlus has pro mode for you so you can adjust anything you one I don't know how to explain but the OnePlus camera is not bad as people say. I used a OnePlus 10 pro before and today I changed for google pixel 6 pro because I'm bored with the OnePlus it's not the phone is bad. And one more this quick charge of OnePlus is amazing. fk still one more, the heat when you play games is not that bad just stop for a bit and it goes to normal. This is my experience with these two phones.

Jaime, one thing worth noting is the overheating issues on the P6P. After owning multiple P6Ps since launch and being unable to record video or video chat longer than 15-20 minutes before overheating, I'd say that your verdict of the Pixel being a better device for video/social media purposes might no longer be accurate. After months and months of updates, Google still can't address issues that have been around since day one. I think that I'm switching to the OP10P seeing that the OP11 does not have wireless charging.

Just bought the green one +10 pro at Best Buy for 365.00 . Dumping my over heating iPhone 13 with crap battery life . All done with apple !!

Putting REC2020 recording as a bad thing is kind of misleading. It is bigger color space and you can always downscale it to REC709 if you want.

Wow, watching the video it felt like the OnePlus won every category except video and selfie camera. In the end, he chooses the Pixel because of video and front-facing camera . . .LOL. Guess it depends on what you want. My Oneplus 10 Pro arrives in a few days and I got it on sale for 500$ with their trade-in and sale (traded in the oneplus 7 PRO). I'm sure in 03/23 he would tell me to get the Oneplus 10 PRO as well for that price over the Pixel.

Does faster charging , better software , better hardware , charger included , better resolution , almost tied in photo quality outweigh the cons it has to pick the Google pixel 6 pro . Or is it all that OnePlus has to offer is enough?

Using the OnePlus 8T with dual sim card.. had the 3 for a long time.. Made in China baby woot! such great phones even better with the new Android update.. might upgrade but never thought about Pixel until now

I'll be going with the one plus 10 pro due to it supporting USB c out and I'm able to use the nreal air glasses with it. Switching from the pixel is a hard thing to do. But the one plus 10 pro is on Amazon right now for 548 USD. A little more than I just paid for my pixel 4 xl.

traded two phones into Google, my pixel 6, and my gfs iphone 12 mini. She got a pixel 7 and so did I. They sent me two identical boxes for the trade-in phones to be sent back. There was nothing that said this box should get the pixel, this box should get the iPhone. Both said my name, my address, same size box, same size cardboard inserts for the old phones to go in, nothing in the instructions said anything about being absolutely sure which box is for which phone Well since they were in the "wrong" boxes my iphone trade-in value was lowered to $234 from $459 and am yet to see how much they lower the value of my pixel 6 from $479. This is totally a scam and completely unfair. The only reason we traded in these phones was because of the boosted trade in values for black Friday deals on the pixel 7. My pixel 6 was perfectly fine.

One year later, the oneplus is around 500 dollars pixel 6 pro is 600 still mostly, but oxygen OS13 be not that stock. Idk, i think the OnePlus is a better buy as of rn

Right now you can get the OnePlus 10 Pro on a black Friday deal for $500. The offer is good till the end of 2022. I did a trade in on my OnePlus 8T so all said and done, I got the OnePlus 10 Pro for $250. Plus with the massive collapse of social media going on. I picked the 10 Pro over the pixel.

Selfie camera and color inconsistency on the op10p is the biggest thing holding it back. Hope the 11 changes this

another plus for the pixel 6 pro is that custom roms also are able to do AVB which is needed for security and banking apps

Okay, I've watched a lot of these videos and yes the video quality seems slightly less but the One+ won't or should I say seems less likely to over heat and seeing as though that's how two of my Google phone have died now both while I wasn't actively using them. I just feel safer now having the knowledge you've provided to go with the 0ne+.

For me clearly the pixel wins when you take into account the initial selling price, but when you see OnePlus selling the 10 pro for the same price as the regular pixel 7 (not pro) - £599 in UK, then its suddenly a more compelling proposition

Why no one is mentioning in the reviews that Pixel will only charge with a PD rated cable? Meaning that if you're switching from an older phone, you have to buy new car chargers, new power banks, new wall chargers and new cables. Well done Google, really considerate of environment: buy a Pixel 6 and get a whole drawer of now useless electronic devices. Just got my P6P, but due to this issue, I'm gonna change it to 1+.

Sorry but almost all the pic comparative OP 10 look better in my opinion, the display its 2k its better, fast charger, in SPECIAL 100% more better software support go and see XDA forum 1+ has more developer and people how has better support.

Absolutely love the video although I don't own either phone. I have the S21 Ultra and of course I've watched your reviews on that as well. I just like knowing what the competition has because you never know what I might buy in the future. Also it allows me to gain some technical knowledge and be able to hold a relevant conversation with other phone owners of different brands. All these Flagship phones are so good, not only flagship, it's hard to go wrong as long as you have the money. Too many people are buying Flagship phones that have features they will never use but again if there are fluent there's nothing wrong with that. Some of the phones such as Google and others that cost a little less than iPhone or Samsung but have all the features of person could need are tremendous options. Your videos are always entertaining and interesting, you have a friend in Columbus Ohio!

I've had the OP1 (since release) , OPX (for 4 years) , OP6T (for 4 years) and just received my OP 10 Pro, I must say, for a person who cares more about the phone and operation more than the camera, I'm enjoying my experience thus far with the OP 10 Pro. The alert slider has always been one of my favourite features and i also don't leave my phone to charge overnight to damage my battery, when i have to go out, i just plug in my phone and whatever charge it gets, it does, the 30 minute charge time on the OP came in CLUTCH especially when I have spur of the moment things to do. It's super responsive and i have zero complaints, even with the camera, I'm not one for selfies, i probably used the front cam twice since i got the phone, but i am VERY happy with the back cams and their performance <3

Google resolved my dilemma for a new phone by not launching in India. I am going to stick with my current phone and not upgrade, I don't do anything that requires me to update, I am happy with my 6GB+256GB+256GB phone.

I'm just searching for a new phone with a good cam and in wich I can personalize as good as it gets . But I don't have any social media, so the selfie cam doesn't matter at all (in fact I never just it, since I had one...ok,maybe as a mirror once xDD). I thought bout buying the Vivo X80 Pro but it's way too expensive for only getting a god cam, so I think I'll go with the Oneplus.

Ive been using motorolas for a decade now. I went from X to Z and now they're discontinuing the line. Narrowed down my choices on my next phone to Pixel 7 vs 1+ 11. I get this this video isn't for that, but just hearing more behind the history of the brands and how their philosophies towards phone design was amazing. I'm looking forward to April!!!

One nitpick… the OneOlus 10 Pro does not offer mmWave support as shown in this video.

Have had one plus phones since the beginning I have an 8 right now I hate the selfie camera but the rest of the phone is amazing

I am a one plus and a pixel fan I had both the p6 and the 6 pro love them both I. Also had the one plus 7,8,9 and the 10 pro and also love them to me they are both good phones i use a pixel 6 pro for work and the 10 pro is used for personal use
