Why when I copy and past from Excel to Word in this way, the graphics pasted on word are always blurred (expecially the words)?!?! :( :(

For some reason, when I do exactly what you have done/explained here, no new info is copied to the clipboard, and it just pastes what I had copied prior to what graph I want to now copy
