How does FlutterFlow handle TTS (Text to Speech)? is it via API calls or anything locally generative?

Is there a built in Video player that supports YT, Vimeo, MP4 file, etc. The Video player needs to have statistical information (# of views, length of views, dropout instance, etc) and be able to carry graphical and interactive buttons?
