What kind of shotgun do you use ?

The weird part is that I didn't even know his feet were a vulnerable point, and I feel like it made the fight a little easier not to take them out. The shockwaves are fairly easy to time, and if I'd taken his legs off, I feel like I wouldn't have completed it first try thanks to the range on the arm swipes on top of having to reframe my strategy around an alternate attack pattern.

Then again, it's good to know I can do this for future reference.

If you break his legs more enemies will spawn for me for some unknown reason.

I killed this guy at my first attempt, didn't even know you could destroy it's legs. The fire mod and a shotgun do wonders against these guys

I didn't find him particularly hard. Beat him on the first try, and I didn't even had to shoot his legs. But to be frank, by the time I got to him I had a fair bit of grind behind me and I did everything there was to do up until this point.

This was probably the easiest boss in the game for me, the rest of the bosses in the game me a though time, I’m not good :P

This game is absolutely not good for solo player on PS4 in all the ways. Believe is very bad designed between the game and ps4 controller that's because make the solo player extremely difficult. Especially once you want to use the consumables you have to press the arrows so the arrows on the controller is top or down of your thumb so on the move is very difficult to use both same time with your left hand and there is no time to stop to use the arrows if you are in fight. This one killing whole the game on ps4 for solo because your alone. Most games with this concept the game frozen for a bid till you use this concept but with this game going through and also never this function is on the arrows but is on L3 so you use just your thumb. Shame because is a good game and a little mistake like this one killing the game. May on pc works more faster because there use a keyboard but on PS4 they made criminal. They killed the game.

Damn, I’m more than 1 hours with this boss and just realized that his leg can be dismembered.

Good guide but must of beendone on an easy difficulty or your near end game lvl, at trait rank 27 one shock wave almost kills you and one shock wave plus bomb add will always whipe you

we just wiped at this boss like 15x times... and now you tell me we are supposed to shoot his leg ? :D i was shooting his back for crit.

Wow. I killed this thing after like 10 tries not even knowing his legs could be destroyed 😂 Hell you didn't even mention that he has a huge af crit spot on his back that makes it easier to melt once his legs are off. I waited to get one good sniper shot every time he did a ground pound and eventually beat him that way. When he starts shooting the balls at you, if there are no nearby enemies you can actually dodge and fire at his crit spot if you're facing his face area. Apparently you get his Shotgun blueprint for beating him this way and some melee blueprint for beating him like the way in the video. Glad I did it my way 😅

He seems MORE dangerous without his legs, he has a greater reach and his melee attack does a LOT of damage.
