Here’s a sad Tesla Belgium story:
Tesla here really needs to be aware they are systematically pissing off customers by being completely unreachable for them!
This is very bad for their growing business…
Here’s my story:
1. I ordered a Tesla Model S LR with FSD more than 2 years ago and about one month ago it finally arrived @zeebrugge harbour. Wow! 🤗
So, I arranged financing, insurance etc…
Finally, last friday, I was invited to Tesla Bruges for the handover.
On thursday I received an alarming mail: “Please do NOT come to Bruges tomorrow. Your car cannot be woken up on the parking.”
Since then, not any news and nobody can be reached @Tesla !
Can anybody here advise how I can proceed to find someone who want to help a desperate customer???
2. Also my youngest son has no trust anymore in Tesla Belgium:
He ordered a Model Y and received it last week. However, he has lots of technical issues because of his (Android) phone app not being able to communicate yet…
And nobody at Tesla Belgium was able to help him… No communication is possible, even with service and roadside assistance.
Now he is not able to use the navigation system and many other functions so that he can’t take his family on an eagerly awaited roadtrip through Europe…
PS: I am a fierce Tesla supporter (and investor) since over 10 years, but my belief in Tesla Belgium is sinking fast under sealevel… 😣

ОтветитьTo bad they don't do real winter testing and leaves the cars outdoor for a couple of weeks in winter climate so they get to experience frozen windows, frozen doors and frozen chargeport for example.

ОтветитьTesla Team, Got the Model Y 2023 and it does not have Parking Sensors in the front and back. This is becoming difficult in tight spots/garage to park and reverse I see many people are having the same problem online/twitter etc. Could you please address this issue or any updates on when the Tesla will push the Tesla Vision software for the vehicles?

ОтветитьAfter watching, first time I may be scratching my head about my yoke I’ve had about 18 months. I use my Jeep Sahara in the snow so I won’t face these challenges however, watching, the yoke probably would suck to keep the car from fish tails.

Still too much rear bias torque.
Front power taper off after a while and this create oversteer next regen event. I would like it to be 60% front power/regen to understeer. It feel safer at 70mph on ice.
Once slippery conditions detected front motor should stay on for the rest of the drive or a winter mode button. 40/60, 50/50, 60/40.
Try to emulate a Subaru or Celica GT4 those are dead stable on ice.
Model 3 Dual motor is still squirelly on ice.
No drift is permitted but there is still oversteer that has to be controller and we feel it a lot.
