If it turns out alot of people are moving out of Florida, that's better. Not having to be over populated and seeing the cost of living spiking up.
I've just started saving up to move to Florida and I'm focused on building up my credit score. I've been dealing with 4 seasons here in NY and it's tiresome to me.
can you recommend a moving company LA to Sarasota
ОтветитьPopcorn+sour patch kids +junior mints =🤩
ОтветитьHi Lisa,
I send you a email can you please let me know if you received?
Thank you

Smartest move you could ever make. Florida is a cultureless boring crime ridden dump.
Ответитьi've lived all over in my life. I generally find something to like about each place. Unfortunately I could not find that with Florida. I found it has no sense of place. It is poorly developed way overcrowded and quite frankly some of the coldest and strangest people, that I've ever come in contact with. Yes there are nice people also but the amount of odd types, is far to many not to have taken notice. It seems to be a rather uneducated state with a serious lack of professional careers. Low paying is an understatement for what employment there is. Infrastructure is there any? Medical Care is spotty to say the least and I can see why so many areas have a C- and D rating for Healthcare. Absolute disgrace the state should be ashamed of itself to have ratings that low,, with the however many millions of retirees in Florida. Maybe its a southern thing. I just don't get the impression there is much effort put into anything and no one seems to care. Other than how much revenue the state and its businesses can make off all the people in the state.
ОтветитьI think it's great that all of the whiners and complainers are leaving---just makes it less crowded for those of us that love it here
Ответитьi been living in Florida for 30 years born in 1991 and a Floridan I rode many hurricanes Florida got hit by the only thing that excises me is riding hurricanes. i am more prepared than ya movers lol but yea stuff I used to buy like games and marvel legends and other figures I used to collect was 18$ now since they're too many people moving prices was now 22$ I also hate the power outages with a gust of the wind or strong wind during storms. and the nonstop rains. sadly too late too many people moving now the cost off living went up
ОтветитьI mover to so. FLA. in 96 from Chicago, it's like night and day great weather and no state taxes, the negative is the snowbirds that infest us in the winter, we love it screaming hot because the snowbirds leave and we're used to it. The ones leaving don't belong in paradise anyway. Love our governor DeSantis!!!!
ОтветитьNo offense to people that love Florida,I’m glad you do and are enjoying it there. Nothing like finding a place that you love.
I moved there with my family in 6th grade. We came from Chicago. Let me tell you, it was the biggest culture shock of my life. Not going to go into too much detail but I just didn’t like the feel of the place. It didn’t make me happy.
Fast forward fifteen years later, today I flew in to Chicago happy to be back home. Got to see my family and everything. Glad to be somewhere where I feel comfortable expressing myself and being who I am.
It’s odd how republicans always “win” elections for governor. In a place with over twenty million, not even 5 million people will vote.
Ответить$400,000 house in florida is cheap compare to NYC... in NYC, that does not exist... ive lived in NYC 25 years and its getting worst every day... they are narrowing down every street in the city to create more and more traffic... they want people to drive 25 miles per hour every where, not possible... im in PA now for 1 year... im thinking about moving to florida but im not sure how and when im gonna do it... hopefully in 2023...
ОтветитьThe villages in Fla like living in a cemetery there all waiting for the grim reaper to show up
ОтветитьI lived in Florida for thirty years. I saw the influx of nasty people from New York and New Jersey that bought all their bad attitudes and politics with them. I got sick of hearing "this is not the way we do it in NY". I saw the increase in property taxes to the point that I wish we had an income tax to bring the property tax down. I got tired of the road rage from insane people. I got sick of the many people driving cars on the road with no insurance (over 40% in one south Florida county). Every year the cost of living got higher and higher. The Homeowners Associations (HOA) in south Florida became more and more oppressive over the years until many of them were like living under the Nazi Gestapo. INSANE!!! I could go on and on, but finally I said this is enough and I moved my family out of Florida when I retired from my work. I have never been happier in my life and I can say with all honesty, I would never move back to Florida regardless of the amount of money you offer me. My mental wellbeing is just too valuable to me! Florida?....you can have it! (it will all be underwater in the coming years anyway...🤣😂 Oh, and don't forget hurricanes, we had to prepare for three landfalls in a row one year, it will drive you crazy the way people act in public before a storm.
ОтветитьGod's waiting room
ОтветитьNo offense but as a Californian, from day one, I always felt like something was missing in Florida: Culture. Florida strangely misses some intellectual and profound aspects of life: No top universities, not the best state for dynamic ambitious young professionals, not hosting any hi-tech HQs, lacks a promising job market, etc. I'll go further: For Californians, life in the East Coast sucks anyway, but Florida is a bit different as it creates mixed feelings. Florida is like a dumb gorgeous girl. It's beautiful but nothing profound with it. After all, while living in Florida with all its natural beauties, I started to appreciate life back in California!
ОтветитьRed tide and necks. 🤠
ОтветитьFlorida is full.
ОтветитьInsurance scam no protection why jeopardize your life because they only want profit margin? Seriously the rise of rent or ownership of a home is outrageous. Let’s say you barely can afford a home and insurance barely getting by with fuel and car insurance and whatever groceries you can afford. You then see you home washed away by a hurricane and you got canceled prior to the incident where exactly does that put you at? Homeless no car no way of generating money let Alone to save. Beautiful state but it’s unlivable. Same in any state or city that keeps raising cost of living for greed. Homes are not worth all these thousands of dollars that banks build in order to take your money.
ОтветитьI hope everyone leaving FLORIDA!!!!!! I need FLORIDA just for ME 😂🏖❤️
ОтветитьWHO IS BEHIND THE HOUSE BUBBLE?
1) The agents are MOTIVATED to RAISE the property PRICES and make more profit. Why would your agent negotiate the price?
2) The BANKS wants to raise the house prices because the property belongs to the bank until it's paid off, and they are making HIGHER PROFITS of the BIGGER loans.
3)The GOVERNMENT wants to RAISE the property value and TAX people to get MORE REVENUE.
4) Human Factor. People want to outsmart the house market. They want to sell their house for crazy price and buy a better house for less price. The house market doesn't work one way, because of the rest of the property prices around will go up also.
ALL THREE AGENCIES are JACKING UP THE HOUSE PRICES. None of them are motivated to REDUCE the house price, and the HOME BUYER is in the LOSE-LOSE situation. It's clear CONFLICT OF INTERESTS. The house prices are going UP from thin air and going out of control.
4) Another major data is the HOUSE AGE DEPRECIATION VALUE, which Real Estate industry is totally ignoring! That why HOA FEES DOUBLED and TRIPLED, because older buildings required more MONEY in REPAIR and MAINTENANCE.
** The aged house prices shouldn't be HIGHER THAN IT WAS SOLD FOR, AS A BRAND NEW.
The house like a car or road, its getting OLD, OUTDATED, CRACKED, ROTTEN and RUSTY, and REQUIRED more money for REPAIRS and RENOVATIONS: a new roof, new windows, new expensive hardwood flooring, new paint, new plumbing, new A/C unit, new water heater, new driveway, etc., Also insurance premium, is higher, but the HOUSE PRICES, like a MAGIC is GOING UP, and NO AGE DEPRECIATION VALUE! It's only in Real Estate industry!!!
5) APPRAISALS done JUST BY the SQUARE FOOTAGE and location. The house price established by the MEDIUM PRICE ON THE BLOCK per square footage, ignoring if any UPGRADES OR RENOVATIONS was done and materials quality used: chip or granite countertops, hardwood or carpet flooring, new or old windows and doors, new appliances, etc., Unless house is total wreck. OLD JUNKY HOUSE VALUE GOING UP because it's on the same block with a MILLION dollars house.
Sell your OLD junk CAR for more money if you park it next to the brand-new car.
When house prices inflated beyond the reasonable point, and people can't afford it anymore, the house market is collapsing.
Those shady practices leading to HOUSE BUBBLE, created, by the same Real Estate industry.
It's 6 months may to October of 88 degrees 75 percent humidity. Unbearable to go out side in afternoon. So I would rather have. 3 months of winter. Michael boordinaro. Spends 5000 dollars a. Month plus utilities. For 3 br condo. A crappy house in Miami costs 500. Thousand dollars. Too funny. But true.
