We tried your APP. We continuously received the error

"JSON error appears when you use some 3rd party extension which modifies woo online store and our app is not able to connect to the API.
We can't do anything about it. We onlt support regular woo stores (mot modified ones)."

Out store is not anything special! Has a few extra woocommerce plugins installed but I would think that this app should still work. none of the plugins modify the REST API features of Woocommerce as far as we can tell.

I'm not able to do it on IOS, some advice? it says "Downloading data has failed"

Does this alert me, as the site owner, as well? I am not as worried about the customer...I just need a way to be alerted myself so I can send out the appropriate product in a timely manner without having to constantly check my website....

well it shows in the app...but no pop up and no email notification. So ultimately this app is no different than remembering to check if there are new orders. Bummer
