WordPress Help Desk Plugin: Create A Ticketing System For FREE

There seems to be a lot offered in the default package. And, right on queue when, I was thinking, "what about captcha?", the video showed that portion. The only thing that I missed is how to have emails sent directly into the system without requiring a customer to register on the site. This might be asking for SPAM trouble, but it would be a nice consideration. Thanks,
