I would never buy the nalwanyj fitness plan. This video turne in opposite direction. Extremely limited video here on height. It’s so much more than genetics. I know of way too many people who grew significantly after 20 and too many people who had father of 5’6/5’7 or shorter, mother much shorter, and their boys grew to 6’1 or more. It is all my fault to be honest to waste my time watching this video, but I do wish people would consult more researchers or MDs or real life stories in the field before posting certain content.

Most modern day working adults have very tight hamstrings and tendons in their legs, plus poor shoulder/neck posture. Fix those and you will be a bit taller (maybe 2-3cm) and more importantly you'll look more confident and carry yourself well.
