Nope. Best sources are spices. Cloves have 100,000 X more than chocolate and red wine put together.

Hmmm . . . Coffee, Olive Oil, Dark Chocolate and Red Wine? I would take this advice (and these "foods") with a grain of salt. Really.

I hadn’t eaten a candy bar in over 20 years. Cheap American candy bars make my skin break out. But I bought a bar of 85% dark chocolate from Trader Joe’s yesterday based on Dr. Gundry’s talks about polyphenols.
