How to Make Custom EUP Uniform Textures (Part 1)

Thank you for tuning in to another video! In today's video it will be part 1 to a 2 part video. First I'm showing you how to create all the assets we will be using when creating custom uniforms in gta 5 sp/fivem. We will use Open IV model view to check out our changes. I'll show you how to get the right quality setup so everything looks cohesive when we get done. In part 2, we will learn how to correctly apply these assets or the patches, nametapes, and other preliminaries that we made before. We will create a couple of outfits that go good together and install them into the game. Let me know what you think.
