Easy said than done. I tried this stunt not so long ago with Chase and the answer: "We cannot give you an increase right now!" There it goes your 'hack' down the drain, lady. And no, there is nothing to thank you for (don't flatter yourself).

The Chase lady rep told me she could try and see what happen but it will be a hard pull. So everything the girl in the video says sounds wonderful and all but is all based in hypothesis. In reality there is no assurance this will work.

I would make sure that the issuer doesn’t do hard pulls for an increase. Examples: Justice Credit Union Rep just informed me yesterday that there is a hard pull for an increase. I called last month.
