What promotion are you working to get in 2020?

I got a promotion before pandemic. Only after writing letter as to why I deserve it. Based i. My work duties and increase over the years. Now years later I was told I’m not deserving of said promotions yet my work has increased even more and we are down staff on our team. What?!?! I’m not superwomen when I’m constantly running and treading water. And no time to even take time for further education or time to take a vacation.
