Just put wheels on the bottom instead of the bars and you have an actual flying car.

This car should also have wheels. The propellers should be foldable.

We need to figure out a solution to move away from propellers. Magnetic levitation but on an extremely large scale which can expand depending on the position and distance of the car.

Calling it a car means it also needs wheels to drive on the ground not just fly in the air.
