I'm not really sure what I'm doing wrong, but it never worked. I can do spells with writing down stuff, I can do sigils, but I can't manifest with journaling.

I love how I've always used scripting whenever I begin manifesting. I'd sit down, listen to a few subliminal, and script out my desire. I also affirm on top of it as if I already have it, and I can also tell when my subconscious has been impressed by the new story.

~ wear your favorite shirt, but your least favorite pants . It helps me boost confidence ! 🤩😙

~ put salt in your water and take 3 sips . Then drink a whole glass of water ! Its like a throat refresh <3

~ do these three yoga poses :

] downward facing dog
]cobra pose

They help me feel relaxed for meditation or de-stress !

~ try to watch your favorite movie over and over if you’re stressed ! They work like therapy .

~ eat something like a beaver ! Its so fun 😁
