Does the iOS 12 Public Beta have any affects on your Apple Watch? (The public beta program does not give updates to the Apple Watch, so I’m curious)

I tried to download the program it goes as far as download profile and then it won’t go any further. It just sits there with all that writing on the screen but no options to go any further.
