Okay so this was enough for me to immediately delete Cakewalk after installation. It's unbelievable that the program can't scan the folders even when you've added them to the list and you have to do it manually. Terrible first impression.

i have installed the ez drummer plugin but how can i play on my electronic drums so that cakewalk picks it up? i can record in ez drummer while playing on my electronic kit but cakewalk doesnt recognize when i hit the drum with my stick
