Tsc : file c:\users \dell\appdata\roaming\npm\tsc.ps1 cannot bhi loaded because running scripts is disabled on this system.

Why does the "let" variable change in "var" after compilation?

Sir yah batao ki kisi url ko hum browser par run karte h to usme access is not allowed aur bhi iss tarah ke error dikhata h lekin main chahata hu ki wo sirf mere code me API ki url kaam kare aur koi person uss api se data get, post, put, delete and etc jaisa kuch na kar paye. Me next js me bhi aur express js me bhi yah video chahata hu ya aap meri email par mail karke mujhe bta do ki yah problem kaise solve karu.
