phpMyAdmin is not working, and i am receiving a message Notification "The webpage cannot be found." can you help me with this, any advice to solve my problem.

Everything went great for me up until it was time to change the name to 'localhost'. Going back into the wamp menu it gives me an internal error, however when I axtually open Chrome and type in localhost/test myself.php I get the page saying connection OK. is there anything I can do?
