Ramona ???? Ffs 🤣🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьSeeing Ramona I understand why they got kicked out💪
ОтветитьWhat's the problem , they "identify" as paid-up renters while the man (?) with with the purple hair "identifies" as an " easter bunny-in-progress ." Semper Fi
ОтветитьThe 400 billion housing scam in one month explained. Look at Jul 2022 ONS HPI bulletin (open it and look) reported a yearly rise of 15.5% and a monthly rise of 7 .5% in house prices. The real rise for the year was Aug 2021 £260,575 to Jul 2022 £292,118 or 11.4% and for a month (Jun 2022 £286,436 to Jul 2022 £292,118) which is 1.9%. So that was a 4.1% or 356 billion over reporting for the yearly rise and 5.4% or just over 469 billion over reporting for the month. 5.4% of a 8.7 trillion housing market is 469 billion. Do the real sums yourself and remember in accounting there is only 12 of anything in a year or it is false accounting. Tell me I am wrong.
ОтветитьWhere I live (Ontario, Canada), I’ll never be a landlord and I can perfectly understand why the landlord in the video is selling off. Being a a landlord IS a real job that comes a lot of risk. A very difficult job in fact. And when a property is particularly risky, the rent will reflect that. That’s how business works. Landlords are business people, not social workers.
ОтветитьHad to interview thise two at start. DEI not paying much?
ОтветитьWhat a pair of complete Bedwetters !! Daisy and Romomona !! What exactly is Romona !!?
ОтветитьRamona looks like Martin Clunes , if Martin Clunes grew his hair out, didn't wash it and needed a shave.
ОтветитьThey always blame the landlords for upping the rent. Has none of these snowflake fucks ever heard of inflation?
ОтветитьMaybe he should get a real job and it working in starbucks and pay rent instead of playing dress up as a woman. Dude isn't even remotely convincing 🤣🤣
ОтветитьYou vant just move into a rental and expect to stay there forever .
ОтветитьYou live near the sea, interest rates are rising dramatically. It sucks, but it's reality. FFS, move to a place u can afford...
ОтветитьLive in a VAN
ОтветитьLandlords are just greedy in every city they just see pound signs any shit that put families out before or just after Christmas are scrooge,s with the millions the government spends in putting up immigrants in hostels this money could be put to better use looking after our own homeless. Rwanda will never happen or stopping those crossing the channel illegally
ОтветитьPurple one needs a section 8
ОтветитьShe’s RENTED a place for 4 years and is crying like she owns the place and lost it in a fire. It’s not your home, you are just borrowing it.
Ответить“Renters”? If they ain’t paying, they’re freeloaders. The house was bought by someone else, maintained by someone else, taxes paid by someone else….that someone else has the right to not have freeloaders live there
ОтветитьI'm sure the purple hair can find a job easy
ОтветитьSee how gov screws You over
Ответитьultimate cringe
Ответитьramona LOL
ОтветитьGovernment are absolutely clueless
There is a MASS exodus of landlords!
Then what happens?
Less property available = higher rents and more homeless people……THE CLUELESSNESS is on an epic level
Why would anyone invest in property to lose money?
WAKE UP PEOPLE
please stop asking renters things
They don’t understand
Cry me a river!
Sh*t goes up in price!
Government don’t know what they are doing!
Landlords have had enough!
Now EAT the results you clowns ….what do u expect
Stop supporting holiday homes. Use hotels or old guest houses.
Ответитьit's clear at this point that no one in the government cares about renters, we just don't matter.
ОтветитьIn India, rental income is just fraction of monthly mortgage payment, generally just 40% or less of the monthly payment, the rest paid from landlord pocket. The idea is monthly payment is not expense its paying off for your asesst. So saying rent should be above mortgage payment is wrong and obsure. If rent control is their, only people with deep pocket and dont want to invest in risky investment will be landlords and get rich quick people leave the field for good. Also in such case, law should be landlord friendly like easy eviction process, lesser propert tax etc
ОтветитьWe sold our last Buy-to-let property yesterday. We were in the letting market for 23 years. We were professional landlords with great tenants. The charity 'Shelter' were instrumental in our decision to exit this area of business. Shame on them.
ОтветитьMaybe rather than renting, you should buy your own place. Oh wait, you do not want to work and rely on taxpayers to keep yourself up. Buy a tent or live in your car.
ОтветитьI would never rent to anyone with Purple hair to beging with.
ОтветитьRent control never works and reduces the number of rentals, always. Supply and demand dictate rent prices not government.
ОтветитьForced to leave because one of them is a DIY trans calls himself “Ramona” how cringe
Ответитьall this legislation is going to do nothing but make rent less affordable for tenants and more risky for landlords. Eliminate no fault evictions, eliminate rent control. You can have no durable society without protections for private property ownership.
ОтветитьThe the guy with the purple hair is Daisy? Lol
ОтветитьIt looks like the Conservative Party couldn't care less about tenants.
ОтветитьMortgage rises which a landlord has to find has to be passes on to the end user. The landlord is there to made a living not as a charity to provide cheap high quality accommodation.
Government legislation with new EPC standards is coming in soon so landlords are obliged to conform and make properties at least EPC "C" rated.
I know a landlady that has just spent £2k+ in getting a property up to this new EPC standard. The property suffered from Black mould, why? Because the tenants that had been there nearly 10 years NEVER ventilated the house and dried all their washing on the radiators . Before that she NEVER had a problem with black mould in that property .
That was just ONE property
People are moaning and griping about renting , but you can get a mortgage for about the same cost . Why not buy then? £650 a month rent or the same on a mortgage ? its a no brainer to me ! .
£10K can be saved for a deposit fairly easily especially if there are 2 of you and you don't get the latest of everything and have everything on a contract (phones/netfilx etc) .
buy your own then...
ОтветитьIronic all the commies in brighton are being booted out by daddy government the very thing they support
Ответитьshould have agreed to the 12% increase. landlords have to recoup expenses. we are not a charity
ОтветитьScum landlords
ОтветитьBuild more and stop right to buy.
ОтветитьI hope alot of the greedy landlords get stung proper hard in their pockets. The crash is coming 4 sure 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьPurple haired person should work on personal hygiene as well as posture.
ОтветитьI have no sympathy here.
Prices have risen due to inflation, yet these people expect the Landlord to cover All of that cost.
Seems very selfish to me.
Buy Your Own Property Then!
Oh, but you can't because it's really expensive.
Yeah. No Shit Sherlock!
No wonder people are no longer willing to rent their properties.
Air B&B is the way forward guys.
Leave the ponces to deal with the Council. 😊

ОтветитьI have a section 21, My landlord has given them to ALL his tenants and there are many of us and he is selling up and getting out. So that is a significant amount of families all looking for the same size rentable properties in the same area at the same time and rents are going sky high, many have moved north away from their families, jobs and support to an unknown future. This country's housing is a mess.
ОтветитьI understand renters think capping will protect them while renting. It won't. I'm sorry but the landlord will just end the lease after the expiration date and not renew. Then re-rent for a higher price after the current tenant exits. I understand young people might not know this but if you're renting a space it is up to you to educate yourself on such items. You're borrowing for an allotted time. Landlord want to preserve a profit line. They know it needs to be affordable for renters and keep them above water. If they don't make money they won't rent the property and sell it off which cause rent to increase because of a housing shortage. Government thinks they help a lot of time when it comes to affecting rent when they really hurt renters.
ОтветитьThe thing about negotiations is that taking a hard position often means terminating the agreement.
On the 12% increase, I wouldn't have gone in with a firm no. I would've countered with a step-wise offer: I can meet you on the 12% increase if you can do a 5% increase for the first month, 8% on month 2, 10% on month 3, and then 12% on month 4 and forward, no backpay, so I have time to work the additional cost into my monthly budget. If the backpay is of serious concern to the landlord, I'd agree to pay it on the remaining months of the lease if they can just show me on paper that they're already in the red ahead of a new lease term.
We need a rent cap like in other parts of Europe and, ideally, the state becoming the provider of housing and acting as the landlord. This private model is failing people left, right and centre
ОтветитьDemand is already high, but you want to live in a touristy spot with an ocean view? It's even higher. Be prepared to pay.
