ОтветитьHi, I discovered ur channel this morning. I have been encouraged by drs. to exercise but was struggling with the strength of my body. I had 4 spinal surgeries. Find it difficult to stand or walk for too long. So I decided to change my life. Just listening to your video inspired me.

ОтветитьI have tried various forms of exercise but none suits me since I’ve been sedentary for quite a while. After I came across your beginner pilates videos, I was extremely grateful. They helped prepare me for movements again! Now I can do this video halfway through and I’m so proud of myself. Thank you for the wonderful lessons. I love you❤

ОтветитьI challenged myself today, and did your intermediate class, I figured if it was too much for me I’d go back to the basics and try again in a couple weeks. I’m so glad I challenged myself to do it. I was able to get through everything and then I felt absolutely amazing and I am very proud of myself. I love your classes!!❤❤
