ОтветитьBest music year ever
ОтветитьI was 18 in 1970. I suppose in a way for that season at that time and given my young age I did enjoy life. But looking back now, my life was completely without direction or meaning. It wasn't till 9 years later at the age of 27 when I was saved and became a Christ follower, I knew I now for the first time had fulfilment and purpose in my life that I never knew when I was 18 and aimlessly drifting along. I would not go back to those purposeless years pre 1979. I'm much happier now I have Jesus in my life. 🙂

Bad edits, you’re supposed to edit out the hooks. Unbelievable.
ОтветитьCurious here, anybody here watched the film, VINYL?... because some of these purported hits, certainly do not deserve to be here, 😂
ОтветитьI was 16 in 1970 long time ago.
ОтветитьThe difference between 1969 and 1970 is so striking. We really never realize how fast society changes.
ОтветитьWhen music was actually MUSIC!
Ответить#8 I thank Brian Helgeland for introducing my 5+ year old self to great music; along with David Bowie, Queen and Thin Lizzy. 😄 [born in late August '96] 😊
Same goes to Brett Ratner @ #5. 😁
Not sure how this rating list was created, but there were a lot of great songs missing -- CCR's Up Around the Bend, Lookin' Out My Back Door and Who'll Stop the Rain, James Taylor's Fire and Rain, The Kink's Lola among others. That said, these are all still great songs!
ОтветитьWonderful songs from 1970 & a lot of memories—some not so great but I came through a crisis of
my own making, stayed in college & had many wonderful friends who helped me through.
I was 24 & turned 25 in the fall.
That 101 year old guy who was 50 in 1970!!! Wow! I hope I live that long!!
That was back in the days when we “didn’t trust anyone over 30!!!”✌️✌️✌️
I remember ALL of these songs. Unfortunately all of todays "music" is crap. All the true talent came from back then.
ОтветитьMice. Elf. Again? 😂😂😂
ОтветитьI was 16 and extremely happy with that 😊
ОтветитьShame Jack turned out to be a pead
ОтветитьAll of them are so good
ОтветитьAmerican woman, timeless! Could have been released today and still would be popular
Ответитьthese suck
ОтветитьGraduated college in 1970. A time when we have our whole lives ahead of us. And this music was the greatest ! Always feel sad remembering what happened to Michael Jackson - most amazing talent ever.
ОтветитьIch vermisse da recht viele Songs.
Allen voran....
Whole Lotta Love von Led Zeppelin.
Still at Selfridge AFB cruising around No more ‘56 Olds. Now it’s a ‘64 GTO convertible 389 tri-power 4 speed with a Hurst Competition Plus shifter. Rock in’ and a rollin’ on Woodward Ave in Detroit.
ОтветитьDefinitely an era! Takes me back to gr school... when all was new! I had most of these 45's.
ОтветитьWhat happened to One Bad Apple 🍎 by the Osmonds
ОтветитьJudging by this video, it was not my favorite year for music. Only liked 4 or 5 songs at best...!!!
ОтветитьScrews up the edits and then shoved stupid commercial in. Idiot. 🎃🎃🎃🎃
ОтветитьGone is a legacy of beautiful music.
ОтветитьI was on top of the world in 1970 being a. 15 year old with learning to drive and my first boyfriend was 18 and leaving for Vietnam soon. We had fun that summer but I cry Everytime hearing The. Carpenters even at old age of 68!! It's bittersweet music and reminds me of my first love
ОтветитьI'm missing The Bee Gees. They are successful also at this time...?
ОтветитьI like the 70's much better than 2022 ,when singers started "lip syncing".I like the 70's much more because the people singing this song had a feeling for this song !!!!
ОтветитьMy god bloody rubbish
