I'm a first generation Mexican born and raised in Texas and I love the mixture of both cultures. And for does that hate on that just remember, Mexican food as we know it today was also a mixture of the old and new world.

ОтветитьWhat’s wrong with this dude? Making red enchilada sauce out of chili powder and seasonings. You make red enchilada sauce with dried chili peppers, Like the whole dried chili pepper. Terrible recipe taste nothing like an enchilada, especially with the cumin in there.
