I think maybe 1,000 to 1,200 apex coins is an affordable price per legendary, like the modeling of each skin (not recolors) is quite time-consuming, but with the price now it should be worth it for a good skin + a good-looking banner + a good emote/skydive emote for 1,800 apex coins.

Apex just be wanting money. I’m fine buying a skin for characters but making an event worth more then 100 dollars for all of it is not worth it

Fortnite, putting all the cringe fortnite stuff aside, has the best business model when it comes to BRs and hell modern gaming. Like it’s stayed on top for years because if you play the game, you pretty much never have to pull your wallet out. Like my friend has been playing fortnite for years, has maybe spent 30 bucks over that entire time and he has competed pretty much every battle pass.

Epic has the great model of keeping people to play their games, money later. You’re literally getting paid to play their game, and they’re still making bank. It’s so shocking that so many games tried to copy Fortnite, but didn’t copy their business model.

Same thing with Valornat, they have no agent skins. Only gun/knife skins and people don’t complain as much. I mean it’s insane prices nonetheless. But you see the gun or knife 100% the time you play, you don’t have agent skins because you’d never see them.

Apex needs to merge these two models, most companies need to merge these models. The good prices and cosmetics you’ll use. Because Alex and OW are overloaded with charms, sprays, quips, etc that you almost never get cool skins in packs.

Why are people still playing apex?

You either buy a AAA game that took millions and years to make or 3-4 skins.

poeple need to start playing other games, I love apex, I love titanfall, but respawn dosent give any incentive to play, and they only give you overpriced microtransactions, yo see the huge hacker in the algs, spending money in the game with this types of vulnerability could lead to stolen credit cards, but the devs just precceded to push the event without a care.

For the Final Fantasy event, one of my friends WHO WAS A NEW PLAYER didn’t know how to buy it AND WHEN HE DID he only had enough money to buy 35 packs.. ok no death box ur thinking….. AND NO FRICKING HEIRLOOM, so that’s why I hated that event

The average fortnite skin is 1500 vbucks not 2000 this includes collab skins such as master chief, ow2 is absolutely overpriced for skins you will never see

EA and Respawn are so incredibly greedy now to the point where they detract from the game itself. For some reason, Apex is the ONLY game that has connection issues for me (1gb ethernet). Not to mention, cosmetics are everywhere, more than most games.

The thing with Fortnite is you get SOOO much bang for your buck now. You have the standard 100 tiers, PLUS basically another entire battle pass with extra rewards you can earn along with skin styles. Fortnite’s battle pass is also easy to level up. They do have filler in their battle pass. But the skins are always really good. Apex gives you 2 legend skins, a few weapon skins. And that’s it. Not to mention the fact apex takes the longest to level up in out of any battle pass. These other companies need to catch up to Fortnite.

That’s why I’m slowly moving away from apex and playing the finals more at least the cosmetics there are actually worth it
