I'm considering a review of my small $100k portfolio allocations, particularly in light of the pause in interest rate hikes. I'm curious about strategies in response to this that can make me a fortune during the election year.

In a symbol: AVGE ETF for your equity portion of a three fund portfolio, for Bonds a T-Bills ETF and an Intermediate term diversified Government Bond Fund and for additional coverage a REIT ETF like FREL or VNQ.

I saw a video explaining why the zero fee ETF's from Fidelity are not worth buying because they are not transferrable to another platform

Is this info relevant for non-Americans?

Is there any reason someone shouldn't move their money more into HYSA's instead of international and bond funds?

The expected rate of return is much lower for BND versus just keeping your money in an HYSA and the HYSA isn't as volatile.

The HYSA's may only be insured up to $250k, but could you just have multiple accounts?

Need help on actually how to execute the 60 domestic -20 international -20 bonds split for 3 fund portfolio in Fidelity. For example if I've $1000 to be invested, is it as simple as making 3 transactions (Transaction 1 = $600 worth of FZROX, Transaction 2 = $200 worth of FZILX and Transaction 3 = $200 worth of FXNAX)? Please let me know if I've understood this correctly. Thank you!

I have a $450k portfolio consisting of 33% S&P, 33% Total stock, and 33% international. I feel a need to focus on complete growth so I went 100% stocks, but does the SP500 and TSM overlap too much to make sense holding both?

I've sold a property in Michigan and I’m considering investing the proceeds in stocks. With the current market optimism, I'm unsure if it's the right time to buy stocks and how long it will take for a full market recovery. Whats the split between your 3 etf strategy?

I have the following setup:

Vanguard s&P500
Vanguard FTSE All-World
Vanguard Global Aggregate Bond

fees total = 0.39%

What Ratio would be prudent for a pie?
at the moment i'm setup as 50/30/20 setup.

This gives 68% allocation to US market
Rest of world 12%
All bonds 20%

This is a little slush fund investment that i dollar cost average daily with £5 and will keep til 2037 when my state pension kicks in. I will use this then as additional income or to compensate the tax impact from my state pension kicking in that will top up my income from 3 private pensions..

What if some of the funds are in my 401k selection? Also roth IRA.

Do you still recommend having a separate brokerage account? Or should I max my 401k first?

How important is it to rebalance the portfolio or is that a personal investor decision?

All three indexes have recorded declines in recent weeks, adding to the market's woes during the past month. In Ireland the tax system is set up against index funds, it sucks balls. They complicate it enough to deter long term investment in them. Would love to know what you think would be the second best option through picking shares as CGT on them is a lot more manageable?
