An 800k house here is only 280 to 320 in other states with mo state taxes. Some will say.. but property tax is less here? O yeah, take a good look at how much your taxed by state and state entities, county, city etc. We pay over 2 dollars more per gallon of gas than any other state except Hawaii.. and yiu wonder why people are homeless..
