How to know if I would like to type on xda profile? The OEM profile has too long of travel distance and small surface area for me. Probably because I'm used to my membrane Logitech keyboard. Would like to have the mech version of that keyboard.

Interesting how people find the flat profiles more difficult to type on. My experience has been the exact opposite. Profiles like OEM and Cherry make it very easy for me to hit the wrong keys because the keys have those raised corners. I tend to type with my fingers close to the keyboard, so I keep hitting the raised corners of adjacent keys. Bonus points if I have light switches. A flat, low profile is ideal, and the flat round tops would make it less likely for me to hit neighboring keys by accident because of those raised corners.

I'm after a full size keyboard and multimedia that you can change the keycaps and switch with full customization? I don't know a brand and a good model which do you recommend?

Hey anyone know what keycaps that are the exact same in every row are called (like if I switch to colemak or Dvorak the keycaps won't be weird and be at different heights and curves)

That last one - are the legends translucent or opaque? Can you see the letters when you are in dark with the keyboard light on?

Can anyone help me out? I'm searching a gray, white or black (or any of these coloures mixed) full sized keycap set with white black or gray good visible letters because I dont want the LED light to get thru them these lights I have just dont look good (I can turn the light off tho) .. I have been searching one for 2 hours but cant find anything... if one of you knows a website on wich you can search for a set like or just a set that looks like my description pls tell me :)

It's worth mentioning that cherry profile keycaps have interference on PCBs with North-Facing switches, which means that R2 will sound and possibly feel different than the rest of the rows on the keyboard
:3ildcat has some good videos on this, there are ways of fixing it (although they look pretty tedious) but just keep that in mind if you're getting a GMK set for a North-Facing board or something :)

You're missing some GMK set to round up all the comparisons.
And maybe even some SP SA, they have much better colors and quality than MaxKeys.

I think that OEM is the worst profile and DSA or XDA are the best.
