To parents who want to make this for their children, there is no right or wrong way. A video posted by a (TRIPLE!!) Michelin Star chef mentioned that, traditionally, it was to be made from leftovers found in the fridge. The main ingredients everyone sees is simply what the creator of this dish had left in his fridge. I guess that's the beauty of the dish, you can modify it in any way. In fact, the chef showed that the traditional Old World method is vastly different. It was more of a soup with the slices resting on top. Then he made an exact version of the recipe from the Pixar film.
I am shocked that the restaurant has a triple star rating. That is VERY difficult to achieve. It doesn't surprise me that the restaurant sits along the world famous Champs Elysees in Paris.

I don't know if you would see this.
I would LOVE to see the dish version that we all expected that dish would be like. I was dissapointed knowing it was a freakin salad dish. I thought it would be meat or something like a potato chopped into slices.
