The duplicate Lead process was good to see but, overall, I'm still pretty confused on Odoo's approach to this process. We use Zoho CRM and it's a bit different. Do you have a webinar or other videos that run through the whole process from Lead to Opp, to multiple quotes, and then to a Sales Order?
