typeORM in 100 seconds
ОтветитьCan you do GoOrm
ОтветитьI love the fact that in 100 seconds you just not explain what it is, but you actually guide us to implement it right away!
ОтветитьI don't think it needs only 100sec, a full tutorial would be great !!
Ответитьngl, this seems amazing
ОтветитьThere's only a bunch of people I watch the ads for, Fireship is one of them
ОтветитьHow to works with nullable fields in create? Best Regards
Ответитьyes please to the Prisma tutorial :D Working on my first real attempt at fullstack and I know I need to get in one of these.
ОтветитьThe one big issue with prisma is the lack of virtual fields and virtual functions like we have on typeorm
ОтветитьHow about Data Security, would we be exposing all data into front end? 10seconds of those features would be worth.. Great work!
Ответитьsame relational attribute we are doing in laravel from few year back..
Ответить{2023-05-17}
ОтветитьPlease make a full tutorial with Prisma
ОтветитьSQL already easy enough why this complicated thing
ОтветитьThis has already become my favorite ORM
ОтветитьCould you do a 100 seconds on MirkoORM?

Another great alternative is Mikroorm. Can you do one for it too? Thank you!
ОтветитьVery short and useful thanks a lot

ОтветитьHoly shit I been doing all this raw this is such a useful video for a almost 3 min video
ОтветитьPlease can you create a prisma full tutorial
ОтветитьPlease create full courses, the world needs it😭
ОтветитьJust came out of a 4 hour long internship session, didn't understand a thing, watched this video, understood on a minute.
Ответитьgreat tutorial, I feel ready to ship to production
ОтветитьNowadays relational databases are like low level techologies that we are every time aiming to avoid dealing with. That Prisma looks very usefull.
ОтветитьCompletely disagree that rdbs’s are too complex or low level. For many applications, trying to force schemaless dbs to be relational adds an untenable amount of bloat and complexity. I would almost always rather work in something like postgres over Mongo or firebase.
ОтветитьThis orm is incredibly easy to learn and to wire up into your BE. I went from learning Sequelize to this and, my god, was this way easier to use
ОтветитьORM's a really bad idea
ОтветитьMake CrowApp in 100 seconds
ОтветитьI remember getting into Prisma in 2018 when it was the best way to get started writing GraphQL APIs. Put it down while I worked elsewhere from 2019 to 2021 and now back to it in 2022 it was so interesting to see how much more it supports. Still great for GraphQL, but other stuff, too.
ОтветитьThis is fkn beautiful <3
ОтветитьYa but performance tho
ОтветитьSo this is entity framework for Typescript.
ОтветитьBackelationship
ОтветитьSQL is not complicated. If you can’t right basic queries without an ORM you should not be working as a line of business developer.
ОтветитьUnfortunately, all the abstractions over SQL (which is an abstraction itself) always require you to know SQL to write them. However, prisma also adds auto-generated model/client code which is great and something that a few other projects like sqlc (Go) also do.
