what if i have "u cant trigger this objective yet?"

for mine im tryning to make it so it is a "clearlag" feature and i replace everything with clearlag and have the command "kill @e[type=item, arrow, minecraft:bat, minecraft:experience_orb]" but it doesnt even pop up "/trigger clearlag" as a command. Any thing i can do to fix this?
