I just bought it, but I am confused. how do i record using it? is there a special software i need? my QuickTime cant find it, neither can my screen recording software. what am i missing? it seems to work for Zoom only. but i didn't buy it for zoom. i want to use it to make a recording i can keep on my computer. what am i doing wrong?

Hey, I got this webcam a couple of months back and it wont show the blue light anymore. when i plug it into my device it always says microphone connected or microphone disconnected. Should i just buy a new one or is there any other things i could try?

Hi, I’m having major problems with this camera. Everytime I plug in the camera, the blue light keeps on turning off. I have the app installed and working for the camera (which it connects to but still turns off) idk if the USB is having issues on the camera or not. Can you help find a solution for this issue please?

Its not 1080. I got this before I saw your review. But its just blurry at any distance. You can't hold up a piece of lego and show the crispness. Its just blurry. It's an ok camera for basic talking to people, but thats it. I bought it, thinking '1080' good res for detail showing when drawing on ipad. But at any distance it shows no detail.
