I don’t comment often…and I know this is an older workout…but THANK YOU Heather! I’ve been going through your 3.0 and got to day 52. I’ve got arthritis in my knees (at age 43) and have to modify but try to not modify if I don’t have to. I was doing regular plank jacks and injured my knee. I’ve been hobbling around so sad for a week. Today I decided I could try one of your low impact body weight cardio’s and did this. I want to cry! I was able to get through it. I’ve been a HUGE fan of yours since I found you 6 months after my diagnosis. You have been my saving grace. I tell so many people about you! Thank you thank you for having such a variety of workouts that I can find something no matter what state I’m in with my knees! ❤️❤️❤️

ОтветитьThis was doable even with my bum ankle. I added some weights to make up for inchworms that I couldn’t do. Burned over 270 calories and got to spend time with Heather. A Win-Win. I like being able to see the list of exercises. Being injured, it helps me choose workouts. As always you are the BEST! Thank you so much.
