can you help me? My slider starts when user enters page. I want it to start only when user has the slider on screen... so that it only starts when he is looking at it. How do I fix that?

thank you so much. I took me while to realize that the time given for an animation is not like in a video editor, how long the object is visible. It is alwasy visible unless you give it an animation.

This is a great tutorial! thank you. I'm having a problem with my mobile though. The font on the desktop, tablet is great. but when i check the mobile device, the font is soooo small that i can barely see it. Is there something that I can do to make the font bigger on the mobile device? The font is fine on the desktop and tablet, but it looks like it decreases greatly in size on the mobile. Any suggesstions woudl be appreciated! Thanks

I watched your tutorial before I purchased Slider Revolution knowing that I wanted to purchase the Slider Revolution plug-in but I definitely took note of this tutorial that you did (it impressed the hell out of me) … I'm watching your tutorial again, after learning more about the Slider Revolution plug-in and I'm more impressed with how you put together your tutorial … you did a great job, although you could slow down your explanations because (more than likely) you're teaching people who haven't work with Slider Revolution before.

For anyone whos slider does not show the ken burns effect by default, follow these steps ..- In order to get the ken burns effect to show, you must first go to SlideOptions>Background>Source and set type as image…

Ultimate? This is all basic stuff.. why not use the API? How about changing to a slide with an external hyperlink / button from on the page outside of the slider?

to change the duration of the slide, I go to default, then slide duration and SAVE. When I click "preview" the duration changes, but when I go to the website and reload, the duration of the slides stays the same. What am I missing?

Great tutorial thanks. A couple of observations: You call "slides" "sliders". I think the entire thing is a slider, but the components inside are slides. So it can sound confusing. Also, it is distracting to go into possibilities you aren't using, for the most part. Sure, you should show different options at the beginning. But it can be frustrating when people are working along tyring to emulate what you're doing. All in all, though, fantastic work and I truly appreciate it.
