NINTENDO SWITCH: How to connect a wireless controller IN LESS THAN 60 SECONDS!!

If anyone has an “N-SL” controller that doesn’t pair regardless of what you try, I found a solution. From the “pair grip order” screen (docked or undocked):

Hold B, then also hold home a few seconds until it flashes quickly, then release. It should say “controller paired” and then you press A to accept and finish pairing!
