I wanna see her cook something completely healthy. Just for once

Chefs think soupy scrambled eggs are, in Ina's words, "fabulous." Can anyone say E-coli? 🫢🤢🤮😵

Scrambled eggs are about one’s preference. I prefer mine a little more done, and I use pepper after they’re cooked because pepper can burn which can ruin the taste and salting too early may dry your eggs out. Then again she’s using truffle butter and half and half so those ingredients may counteract the effects of seasoning too early.

Those eggs were still a little runny.

She is lovely to watch. So many chefs cook their eggs to a soft consistency but have always cooked mine until they are firm, and since
I have no truffle butter so will use what I have.

Raw eggs...no thanks ill keep cooking mine that taste like rubber

Still to date , growing up remember mother’s perfect scrambled eggs on toast even w/o chives and of course with good quality butter, it made such a difference!

I don't know the big deal about truffle oil I tried it and didn't like it at all butter is 100 percent better. Those eggs are not done.
