Here’s the problem: my PS4 won’t recognize the USB drive connected to my PS4 WHAT THE FUCK?! Every USB stick I own just refuses to work! It’s like it doesn’t want to be updated from a USB storage device in safe mode! I swear I’m doing everything right but the system gives me the finger every time I try to update from USB in safe mode. What am I doing wrong?

The issue is that if you clone to a larger drive, there will be unallocated space left. How do you take that unallocated space and add it to the main partition so that you can increase the space available for games?

Use Clonezilla in Beginners way, its fast and you can expand the Disksite by choosing new equivalent Partition table.

Please Dont waste your time, becuase this clone method is not working... tested bu me after 6 hours of cloning time... ps4 asked me to reinstall the software not update the software, so all data will be erased,,,, the only way is using the backup restore option inside the ps4 system menu.

Hi, normally cloning does not work on PS4, I tried with hdclone and the SSD was not recognized, once cloned it asked me to reinstall the system while on PS3 it works

Sabes que los ssd en una ps4 fat solo mejora en el copiado más no en el inicio de carga de juegos ni nada porque el puerto sata de las ps4 fat
Y slim es una versión antigua osea Sata 2? Si tuvieras una pro si mejoraría esas cualidades ya que los puertos sata de ese modelo es sata 3 a lo que quiero decir es que por más que instales un ssd esta limitada a 100mbs por segundo y no aprovecha la velocidad real del ssd
