Can you rewind the spring again but slower. I could not see how it supposed to be put back to it's original shape. You did that way too fast

What do you do if your coil is messed up in the center?

The metal coil broke on 2 of my string launchers and your teardown helped me see the internals. I bent my broken coils like if they were new and I fixed them both. Thanks!!!!
