Such a good insight into what makes a device special to each person. It isn't necessarily what has all the modern extras. But what you click with, how it makes you feel to use them and normally a healthy dose of nostalgia. A good looking shell definitely helps too! 😂

I do have the same opinion as you. I ever bought the tamagotchi like in your video with infra red. But I just bought tamagotchi uni, but I don't know why I feel it's not satisfying. Probably because I missed the cute black character, and the plastic seems so cheap 😢

The connection v2 is the best in my opinion price I can’t imagine it would be cheap I know our family went through 2 because of battery issues with dust getting in them too easily

As a teen playin with these, This series was my FAVORITE. They even had Tama Town!! It was the best everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I'm so happy that the connections came back out again! I had one when I was really little and I struggled with it so much because of how young I was but I still had fun even if my tamas kept dying lol. I'm very happy that I get to experience it again now that I've played the original remakes first and actually know what I'm doing now. I still want to look into these Japanese versions though. That pink shell is so pretty!

I wanted a connection for soooo long but the second hand ones weren’t viable for me as they were too expensive or I couldn’t get them shipped to me. I’m so glad they rereleased them. I now own the blue bubble shell and love it so much ❤

I have this one because i found it in a backyard and took it home!! The screen was very blurry tho due to the fact that i found it on the ground but i consider myself very lucky cause i owned other tamagotchis before and i can connect one another for even more fun!
