If you are facing any problem like "Download failed, resources not found", than check the path of your obb, where you pasted, is it correct? (Patch is given below)
This error appears only when the app can't find the same version of obb file in the correct path

Paste your obb file in this path:
/mnt/shell/emulated/0/Android/obb/com.tencent.ig/[file_name].obb
