Any suggestions on spotify ads services? In my country you need to have a Vat number to make an ad. Which most People dont have unless you have a company.

Dang, I just published my first ad, however Facebook immediately disabled my ad account as I clicked Publish. I went to the help center and got a message saying "There was some unusual activities on your ad account. We are protecting it by stopping your ads. To restart your ads, please verify your account." They've asked I submit a payment statement (apparently it is some kind of "billing issue"), now pending review which will take 1-2 business days. This is unfortunate because my single released today and I want to be promoting it already. I have no idea why this happened...

So I was wondering, aren't Stories not a very good place for music ads? Since Stories are primarily for mobile devices (if I'm not mistaken), and I would think that people who are on their phones would be less interested in listening to new music, because they are possibly out and about, doing something or have plans for something. Isn't it better to target people browsing their feeds at home like on a desktop/laptop, because they will be in a more suitable listening mood / environment?

I can not get real plays on my music. I’m getting clicks but hardly any more listens than what I was before. I’ve been experimenting with different target audiences but still no improvement

Hi Andrew. Creating a "custom conversion" in Facebook business looks a lot different in 2021 as to how it looked in this video. do you have a video where you run through it? One particular thing for me is that I can't seem to create teh custom conversion unless I enter the conversion link (aka spotify), but from your videos I understand this to mean it will only track my spotify conversions properly?

General question for people ... - my instagram story ads do not have audio on the preview, however the facebook story ads do. Is this normal? Will instagram just have the video, and not the sound with it, when it gets posted?? I would really appreciate an answer!

Every time I've tried to do this, the link to the song on Spotify doesn't let the person even listen to my song. It gives them the option to add it to a playlist but wouldn't they want to listen to the song first? The people I've had test it for me don't have premium services. Does this work better for Spotify premium members?
