What To Do After Replacing A Mass Air Flow Sensor?

I replaced mass air flow sensor but the check engine light keep coming back on

So I bought a bmw active hybrid 3 2013 3.0l turbo engine runs fine for 10sec after that engine starts shaking and I get no power when I hit the gas pedal and I get only 6mpg can it be the maf since I changed spark plugs and checked out the injectors

You could also just disconnect the ecm fuse.... Put ecm back to factory settings
